Should all the State Govternments take action agaist Baba Ram Dev.?

Baba Ram Dev started to aware each and every one in the country the results of corruption and black money.He visited every city and gathered thousands of people and aware the people regarding maintaing health by Joga,to eradicate corruption from India and bring back black money from Foreign banks.Why the police has not taken action agaist him at that time why only on 4 th June there was attack on people when the people having ladies and children were sleeping and gathered on Hunger strick to show their message to Govt.on bad evil i.e.corruption spoiling the life of crores of people of India.
