What's wrong with my fish?

It's kind of obvious they weren't the betta when you brought them home, the other answerers didn't pay attention... I'd get him another guppy or two, females because sometimes the males nip each other. If you do get females get 2 or 3 so they aren't harassed. Is the tail still messed up? if it is at all use a little aquarium salt.
