Population growth: do you agree with US science director Holdren that sterilization is a needed solution?

Sterilization without consent, is the safest and most humane way to control population. Agree or disagree? Reminds one of the New York propagandists of the WWII period who wanted to sterilize all Germans because they were seen as a disease that needed to be eradicated.
