Is the mexican population growth in America helping to diminish or eradicate black society and culture?

I think that Mexicans get the spotlight a lot more than they did twenty years ago. Blacks have become more mobile, and feel much more free to move somewhere else for jobs and a better life, instead of being stuck in the old ghetto.
